Non-Open Cut Construction Method

  • Non-Open Cut Construction Method is for the tunnel or under ground structures. At first, inject the steel pile by pressure and excavate the inside of structure to set up the underground structure needed. It is mainly used for ensuring stability of previously constructed structures and underground facilities and reducing traffic hazard of construction area.

Definition After excavating inside of steel pile, as a permanent and temporary structure, build a slab and make a wall by trench excavation After Injecting large diameter steel pile by pressure, set up steel structure in the steel pile and pour concrete.And excavate soil inside of structure At first, inject steel pile on upper side and both sides of designed section, and pour concrete. After setting the temporary support in horizon & vertical steel pile, excavate inside and set the support. Make a pipe roof by injecting the steel pile in road bed and tow the full-face precast concrete made on-site to the specific location
Features - It’s possible when the radius curvature is over 200m
- No limits in length of structure
- Only need 1.0m as a minimum depth
- Good at improving vertical alignment
- Don’t need any other support when excavate inside of structure
