Simultaneous lifting facility

Objectives

• This facility enables the user to separate/move/replace the inspection subject toward underground pit at the bottom of the vehicle for fast maintenance work with separated bogie instead of lifting 1~2 bogie, wheelset, and traction motor simultaneously in KTX train set (20 cars: 400m approximately) state.

Main components

• Lifting jack: 46 jacks [35 tons (for power car)*12 jacks, 20 tons (for coach)*34 jacks]
• Power system: Monitor in MCB (MASTER CONTROL BOARD)

Job sequence

• Rolling Stock enters to the simultaneous lifting line
• Sling (Prevent wheelset deflection)
• Move lifting jack
• Complete simultaneous lifting

• Insert cantilevers into jacking points
