Kim Sang-Gyun, Chairman & CEO of Korea Rail Network Authority discussed Gebze-Istanbul Airport-Halkali HSR project with Director General Yalcin Eyigun of Turkey’s General Directorate of the Infrastructure Investment (Turkish: Altyapı Yatırımları Genel Mudurlugu) during video conference on 28 May.  Amid the Coronavirus situation that has made it difficult for the two sides to meet in person, the video conference, joined by private sector also, was arranged to strengthen cooperation in the HSR project between the two sides and to promote closer understanding.
