Chairman & CEO Kim Sang-Gyun attended groundbreaking ceremony for connection and modernization of Gyeongui and Donghae rail and lines held at Panmun Station in Gaeseong.  The event was attended by about 100 senior officials from the two Koreas including Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Kim Hyun-mi, and deputy minister of North Korea’s state railway, Kim Yoon-hyuk.
