Policy forum on international competitiveness improvement of Korean railways

Korea Rail Network Authority (KR) held a “Policy forum on international competitiveness improvement of Korean railways” with Industry-University-Institute Collaboration on September 5th. Co-hosted by KR and the Korean Association for Policy Studies, the forum was held to establish strategies differentiated with companies from China, Japan and other competing countries, in order to penetrate into overseas market which is expected to be grow up to 300 trillion won by 2020. Participants in the forum also discussed governemt support plans for overseas railway porjects.
