Korea Rail Network Authority announced that it won a contract for about 36 billion won supervision project for improvement jointly with Bangladeshi Railway in Febraury 28 and officially is going to carry out its task since April. 

KRNA is supposed to fulfil the construction supervision for improvement project and double-tracked 72km between Akhaura~Laksam for 5 years with Dohwa engineering, Japan, Indian, and Bangladeshi engineering.
