Korea Rail Network Authority announced that it developed ‘national railway network railway capacity allocation system’ by utilizing technology of computer·IT to improve safety and effectiveness of train service with adjusting demand of track access for train service and line work.

Korea Rail Network Authority started railway capacity allocation system in last March and completed system development in December. It will officially begin operation in April, 2016 after test operation and user training.
