Korea Rail Network Authority (KRNA) announced that it has developed rail fastening device ？ KRNA used to depend on foreign products. KRNA gave a public notice of a bid to apply the device to Wonju-Gangneung rail construction project.

KRNA gave opportunities for all domestic companies to participate in a tender in order to compensate defects such as a monopolistic competition of specific foreign suppliers.

Its development has solved harmful effects which had appeared because of tax’s outflow to overseas an excessive competiton between foreign providers.
