Network Authority (Chairman
& CEO Yeong-il Kang) announced that it has published a “White Paper on
Changes in Plans in the Field” on October 20 (Mon.) with the aim of analyzing changes
in plans that frequently occur in the railroad construction field and is sharing
the results with the field so that possible changes in plans can be
minimized.
