announced the “Comprehensive Plan on Restoration of Confidence in Railroads”
with regard to four sectors and 33 items through a reevaluation of business
procedures, institutional problems and organizational culture for the purpose
of eliminating disputes over “cheolpia” involving the illegal supply of
products and restoring public confidence in a transparent KNRA
